There are no refunds on mp3 audio or ebook products/HomeStudy Courses unless stated in the product descriptions guarantee.
All Other Products
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 15 days of your initial purchase.
Training Courses Cancellation Policy
Distance Learning Courses
Once you have enrolled on our training your course materials will be sent to you electronically. If you are not happy with your training materials, please advise in writing within 7 days and you will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
Training Courses
All deposits are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend a training, we will be happy to offer you a place on the next available training.
